Cardboard Around Cage
Boxer, my Dwarf Hamster, is getting very old. So I have decided to give him some extra care.
I have made him extra deep wood shaving for his cage; this can be done by putting carboard in the cage, on the sides- it will ensure non of the wood shaving spill out.
I also have made him a tunnel out of toilet tubes leading to his house, which is under the wood shavings- so when he comes out of his house, its like coming out of a tunnel/burrow in the desert- their natural habbitat.
Its a good idea!
